Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NextWave Solutions website and set out the general basis on which we discuss and provide BPO services. By using this website you agree to these Terms. Any services we deliver are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and statements of work, which prevail over these general Terms.

1. Who we are

NextWave Solutions is a global business process outsourcing provider offering customer support, back office, sales and technical support services.

2. Website use

This website is provided for general information about our services. Content, including any figures, case examples and client references, is illustrative and does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of specific results.

3. Proposals & engagements

Proposals and pricing are indicative until captured in a signed MSA and statement of work, which define scope, service levels, fees, terms and responsibilities for a given engagement. Service levels and outcomes are governed by those documents.

4. Confidentiality & data

We treat client and end-customer information as confidential and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms. Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information under the terms of the applicable agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, trademarks and materials are owned by NextWave or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce or reuse them without permission.

6. Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites for convenience; we don't control or endorse their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from website use is excluded; liability for services is governed by the applicable MSA. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our applicable agreement, or otherwise the jurisdiction of our principal place of business. We may update these Terms; the current version applies to your use of the site.
