NextWave Solutions (“NextWave,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in two distinct roles: as a controller of data about our website visitors and business contacts, and as a processor handling end-customer data on behalf of our clients.
As a controller — for enquiries, sales contacts and website use, we decide how and why data is processed, as described here. As a processor — when we deliver support and back-office services, we process end-customer personal data strictly on our clients' documented instructions under a Data Processing Agreement; the client is the controller and their privacy notice governs that data. Business contact information — name, work email, company and the details you share when you enquire or book a call. Automatic data — device and usage information via cookies and server logs (see our Cookie Notice).
We do not sell personal data.
We use vetted subprocessors and service providers — for hosting, communications, security and delivery infrastructure — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. When acting as a processor, we engage subprocessors only as permitted by our client agreements. We also share data with authorities or advisers where required by law.
As a global provider, we may process and transfer data across countries where we operate delivery centres. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for cross-border transfers.
We maintain enterprise-grade technical and organisational measures — access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring and staff training — and operate an incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly if an issue arises.
We keep controller data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. Processor data is retained and deleted according to our client agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. For controller data, email [email protected]. For data we process on a client's behalf, please contact that client (the controller); we will support them in responding.
